The Herefordshire Community Partnership was launched on September 8th 2021 and has since become a fundamental part of the Integrated Care System (ICS). It is a vibrant forum that facilitates partnership working between the public, health and care services and VCSE organisations. The aim is to ensure that health and care services are delivered in the best way for the county. Over 600 people receive Herefordshire Community Partnership updates via eBulletins and bi monthly events attract between 60-90 attendees.

The Integrated Care System (ICS) focuses on partnerships at 'place' level. Place-based partnerships are collaborative arrangements between organisations responsible for arranging and delivering health and care services in a particular geographical area. Community Partnership events feature presentations from a variety of representatives. Workshops encourage attendees to collaboratively generate ideas or feedback on emerging projects or initiatives.
